Here are two methods to find an email address on Instagram email:

# 1: Tap on “Email”

To find the Instagram email address of someone, you need to find an “Email” button.

You can look for an “Email” button next to the “Message” button.

However, you can only see it if the person added it to their profile.

After tapping on the “Email” button, the person’s email address will be shown to you.

Instagram has an option that allows you to add your contact information to your profile.

To add it, the requirement is to have a business account.

When you have a business account, it will help you to add your contact information by going to your profile > edit profile > contact options > business email address.

In the end, edit your profile again, tap on “Profile display”, and enable “Display contact info”.

As there is a very low chance that users have added an “Email” button.

If the user does not contain an “Email” button on their profile, you need to check if there is any personal website in their bio.

If there is, go to their website and try finding their contact information there.

The next way is to Google the person and try to find their email address from the search results from the search engine.

To use this way, you need to employ some of Google’s advanced search techniques (especially if the person is not very famous).

The first technique that can be should to find the person is use of quotation marks.

By putting a word or a phrase inside quotation marks, you will tell Google that find a search result for the exact match.

Here is an example of what you should use for the search “full name” + contact.

For instance, if you want to find Arsalan Rauf’s email address, search for “Arsalan Rauf” + contact on Google.

You will see the search results if the person contains a personal website using their contact information.

An additional method can be used that is, search for the person’s LinkedIn profile.

To search for it, search for “Arsalan Rauf” + LinkedIn on Google.

Some people also add their email addresses on their LinkedIn profiles.

Their email addresses can be checked by clicking on “Contact info” on their LinkedIn profile.

You will find it if they have added it. If they didn’t, send them a direct message on LinkedIn.

How to find your Instagram email address

  • Visit the Instagram app.
  • Tap on your profile picture on the bottom bar to visit your Instagram profile.
  • Tap on the menu icon on the top bar.
  • Select “Settings”.
  • Select “Account”.
  • Tap on “Personal information”.

After tapping on “Personal information”, it will show you your personal information.

The information has your email address, phone number, gender, and date of birth.

Your personal information will not be part of your public profile.

You need to add your email address manually to your profile if you want to add it.

The option is now available in “Your Activity” instead of your settings.

In February 2022, the “Your activity” page has been launched.

The page helps you to view and manage your Instagram posts.

A lot of users do not know about the change as Instagram did not mention it.

How to fix “Recently deleted” not showing on Instagram

To fix “Recently Deleted” not showing on Instagram, you have to visit “Your activity”.

In 2022, Instagram has changed the “Recently deleted” option’s location.

The option has shifted to “Your activity” instead of your settings.

Go to your profile and open the menu and you will see the “Your activity” option.

After opening the menu, tap on “Your activity”.

In the end, scroll down the page and tap on “Recently deleted” in order to manage your recently deleted posts.

You can recover or permanently delete your Instagram posts from there.

Here’s a step by step guide on how to fix “Recently deleted” not showing on Instagram:

Step 1. Go to “Your activity”

First of all, you need to visit the “Your activity” page.

To begin with, tap on your profile picture on the bottom bar.

After tapping on your profile picture, it will take you to your Instagram profile.

On your Instagram profile, tap on the menu on the top bar.

After tapping on the menu, you’ll see multiple options.

The options are “Settings”, “Your activity”, “Archive”, and more.

To visit your activity, tap on “Your activity”.

Step 2. Select “Recently deleted”

After tapping on “Your activity”, it will take you to your activity.

You’ll be able to manage your activity on Instagram from this option.

The management can be viewing and managing your photos, videos, account history, and more.

The page has several options—”Time spent”, “Photos and videos”, “Interactions”, and so on.

You’ll see the “Recently deleted” option at the bottom of the page.

To manage your content on IG, tap on “Recently deleted”.

Step 3. View your recently deleted posts

After tapping on “Recently deleted”, it will take you to the “Recently Deleted” page.

To manage your recently deleted photos, stories, and reels, you need to visit “Recently Deleted” tab.

You can either delete those posts permanently or restore them.

It can be done by choosing the post that you want to restore or delete and tapping on that action will do the job.

As you can see, the “Recently deleted” option is no longer available in your settings, but on the “Your activity” page.

From now on, if you want to see your recently deleted Instagram’s posts, you need to go to that page.

Did Instagram get rid of recently deleted?

No, Instagram did not get rid of the “Recently deleted” feature, they changed its location instead.

They move it to another area instead.

In the past, the option used to be in your settings options.

In 2022, the location of the feature has changed to the “Your activity” page.

You can find the page by going to your Instagram profile > Menu > Your activity > Recently deleted.

The page enables you to manage your content and interactions on Instagram with ease.

You do not need to move to and fro for the content.

The new camera feature can be used to create stories.

When you share a story daily, it will disappear after 24 hours.

This is to keep the users engaged with the app as long as possible.

The stories feature is another way to achieve this goal as it increases the time on the app.

Currently, the feature of TikTok stories is in the phase of beta-testing.

Additionally, Matt also posted a lot of screenshots about TikTok stories.

He also tagged @TikTokComms in one of his replies in order to ask whether the option is legit or not.

Here’s what he replied, “I’m still not convinced this is legit. Can you confirm @TikTokComms?”.

Unluckily, he did not receive a reply from @TikTokComms via the thread, but many other users replied.

The users who replied are @GarettSloane, @alex193a, @MosheIsaacian, and @aidanmilb12.

They answered that the stories feature is legit.

A user also claimed @aidanmilb12 that also the feature is available on the app.

However, TikTok communications later published this, “We’re always thinking about new ways to bring value to our community and enrich the TikTok experience”.

Along with, “Currently, we’re experimenting with ways to give creators additional formats to bring their creative ideas to life for the TikTok community”.

The head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, also joined the talk, and added, “This was inevitable. ByteDance has been looking for ways to get into connecting friends for years. They’re talented, they move fast, and they are nothing but determined”.

A 44-second video is also available on Twitter about the TikTok stories.

Now, every popular social media app has introduced it.

Twitter also tried to launch a stories feature known as “Fleets”.

However, the fleets were removed shortly after because the people did not engage in the conversation as it was not engaging.

In February 2022, the option was released.

The option enables you to see who viewed your TikTok profile in the last 30 days.

However, to use the option, both users need to enable the option first.

If you are going to someone’s profile and their option is on, they can view that you have seen their profile.

In this post, I will tell you why you can’t see profile views on TikTok and how the profile view history if it’s not showing or working.

Why can’t I see profile views on TikTok?

You can’t see profile views on TikTok because your age is under 16 years old or have more than 5K followers.

As per TikTok, to access the profile view history feature, the users have to be aged 16 years old or above.

Additionally, you also need to have less than 5,000 followers to get the option.

You can set your age on TikTok by your TikTok profile > Menu > Settings and privacy > Manage account > Date of birth.

You cannot change your date of birth if you have already set it.

To change your contact information, the only thing you can do is to contact TikTok.

These requirements are not informed by the TikTok app, as a result, users do not know why they cannot access the profile view history feature.

How to fix profile view history not showing on TikTok

To fix profile view history not showing on TikTok, you need to create a new account on TikTok or contact TikTok.

Use the feedback form in order to contact TikTok on the application.

If you’re on the app, go to your profile > Menu > Settings and privacy > Report a problem.

If you have set your date of birth incorrect to 16 years old and below, make a request to TikTok to update or change it.

Alternatively, if your date of birth is set to 16 years old and above but the profile view history feature is still not showing, ask TikTok to fix it for you.

Having said that, if you have more than 5,000 followers, your account will not be eligible for the option.

In this case, you need to create another TikTok account or use an account that contains less than 5,000 followers.

Below are 2 methods to fix the TikTok profile view history not showing.

Method 1. Contact TikTok

The first way is to contact TikTok.

There are a couple of methods that can be used to contact TikTok.

It can be done by reporting a problem on the app or using the TikTok feedback form.

To report a problem on the application, visit your profile > Menu > Settings and privacy > Report a problem.

After tapping on “Report a problem”, select the appropriate help categories, tap on “Need more help?”, tell them your issue, and tap on “Report”.

The second method to contact TikTok is to use the TikTok feedback form.

After opening the form, enter your email address (that is linked to your TikTok account) and username.

Choose “Change account information” as the topic and “Other” as the subtopic.

In the end, state the problem that you’re facing and submit the form.

You will get a response from TikTok via email in 1-3 business days.

Here’s an example of the description, “Hi TikTok team, my age is above 16 years and my account has less than 5K followers but the “Profile view history” feature is not working. Please help me to fix this”.

Just remember that you cannot get help from TikTok if you’re not at least 16 years old or you don’t have less than 5,000 followers.

The reason behind it is that you don’t meet the requirements to see your profile views.

Method 2. Create a new TikTok account

To get the profile view history option, you have to be at least 16 years old and you must have less than 5,000 followers to meet the requirements.

If you don’t meet the requirements, the ideal way to deal with it is to create a new TikTok account.

On the other hand, you can use another TikTok account that contains less than 5K followers.

To make a new account, go to TikTok, tap on “Profile”, tap on your username on the top bar, and tap on “Add account”.

After tapping on “Add account”, sign up via your phone number, email address, or social media sites.

When you’re creating a new account, the next thing you need to ensure is your date of birth, set your date of birth to show that you are above 16 years old.

You need to set your age at 16 years old in order to meet the minimum age requirement for the profile view history feature.

Some users reported that the profile view history feature on one TikTok account is available but not on the other.

It is happening due to their followers if they have more than 5,000 followers on their account, they cannot get the option.

Your access to the profile view history feature will be restricted if your followers are more than 5,000 on TikTok.

I do not know why TikTok implemented this requirement, but you need to create a new account to bypass this restriction.
