Step 1. Go to “Your activity”

On your Instagram profile, tap on the menu on the top bar.
After tapping on the menu, you’ll see multiple options.

To visit your activity, tap on “Your activity”.
Step 2. Select “Recently deleted”
After tapping on “Your activity”, it will take you to your activity.
You’ll be able to manage your activity on Instagram from this option.
The management can be viewing and managing your photos, videos, account history, and more.
The page has several options—”Time spent”, “Photos and videos”, “Interactions”, and so on.
You’ll see the “Recently deleted” option at the bottom of the page.
To manage your content on IG, tap on “Recently deleted”.
Step 3. View your recently deleted posts
After tapping on “Recently deleted”, it will take you to the “Recently Deleted” page.
To manage your recently deleted photos, stories, and reels, you need to visit “Recently Deleted” tab.
You can either delete those posts permanently or restore them.
It can be done by choosing the post that you want to restore or delete and tapping on that action will do the job.
As you can see, the “Recently deleted” option is no longer available in your settings, but on the “Your activity” page.
