For instance, if you’re searching for someone named Arsalan Rauf, you can search for “Arsalan Rauf” on Google.

Hit enter and Google will come up with results that contain Arsalan Rauf on it.

Hence, if the person has added his/her full name on Instagram, this method will also work for Instagram and Google might bring the profile of that user with Instagram link.
