What is a Bondee frame?

A Bondee frame is a decorative element/option that can be used in your room.

The default frame contains a smiley face photo along with a logo of Bondee.

The frame can be edited and you can edit it and add a photo from your gallery.

The photo you can use to edit it can be your picture, or from the web, or a screenshot.

How to add photo in Bondee frame

To add a photo in a Bondee frame, the first step you need to take is to customize your room and add a frame.

After adding a frame, select “Done”, the frame you have just added, tap on it.

In the end, choose “Upload” and select a photo from your gallery to put it in the frame.

Go to Bondee app and sign in to your account.
On the bottom bar, tap on your profile picture.

Step 3. Choose a photo to upload

Select a photo from your gallery/camera roll that you want to add to the Bondee frame.
Align the photo and tap on the tick icon.
Wait for 1-3 seconds for the photo to become visible.
To view the new photo, tap on the back icon.

Pro tip: Tap on the Bondee frame if you want to enlarge the photo (the option is also usable by the visitors).

Yes, your Bondee account can be deleted.

When you remove the account, all of your statuses and friends will also be deleted.

Additionally, the removal will also remove your phone number, ID, name and email address.

If you create a new Bondee account, your email address and phone number can be used again.

How to delete your Bondee account

To delete your Bondee account, the first step is to visit your account security settings.

To begin with, go to your Profile > Settings > Account security.

After opening your account security settings, select “Delete account” option next to “Delete”.

Step 1. Visit your account security settings

Go to the Bondee app and sign in to your account.
On the bottom bar, you need to tap on your profile picture.
On the top right corner, select the settings icon.
Select “Account security” from the personal settings page.

Step 2. Delete your Bondee account

Select “Delete account” option from the account security page.
To delete your Bondee account, select “Delete”.

After selecting “Delete”, the process will delete all of your Bondee statuses and friends.

After deletion, you can recreate your account with the same phone number and email address.

You can reset your name and ID by deleting your Bondee account.

How many friends can you have on Bondee?

You are allowed to have up to 50 friends on Bondee.

If you have accepted the 50 friends, you will not be able to send or accept new friend requests.

To add or accept new friends on Bondee, you have to remove one or more of your old friends.

To delete them, go to Profile > Friends > Select a friend > Three dots > Unfriend.

To add friends on Bondee, the first step is to take a screenshot of the person’s QR code.

After that, go to Bondee > Add friends > Scan > Albums > Screenshot of the QR code.
