  8. Go to the Small Stronghold southeast of Navia Bay (-258.4, -537.9) > go into the 3rd tower > activate it.
  9. Go to the middle of Navia Bay (-444.3, -589.2) > enter the ecological park > loot the 4 supply pods (to get the Hull) > and get the Colossus Arm Relic.

After looting the 4th supply pod, you’ll obtain the Voyager Hull.

After getting all 4 parts (Control Station, Thruster, Engine, and Hull), you can fuse them together to make the Voyager Vehicle.

The Four Powers contain a unique drop—the Voyager Thruster.

It is one of the 4 parts required to get the Voyager Vehicle.

2. Smoli

#2 Location of the Four Powers (Smoli): Southwest of Cetus Island near the supply pod (-670.3, -824.1).

You can find Smoli standing outside the electronic lock wielding a gun.

A couple of Aberrant Canines are also available in the same area.

3. Okka

#3 Location of the Four Powers (Okka): In the Small Stronghold southwest of Cetus Island (-696.6, -720.9).

Okka, a large robot, can be located standing in the field.

No monsters are seen in the same area.

4. Sendyrs
