If you can’t redeem a specific code, it happens because of multiple reasons.

Firstly, the code that you are using doesn’t support your region such as Garena.

If you’re not able to redeem a code, it means that someone has already used it.

It is also not working if your region is not supported by the code.

To fix this problem, you have to download the LoL client for North America instead of your existing region.

However, there is no option of a refund there.

Although there is no option to refund the items, but there is still a way to refund it.

In this post, you will be able to learn how to refund items on Roblox to get your Robux back.

How to refund items in Roblox

You need to visit the Roblox support form to refund items in Roblox.

Enter your contact information in the support form of Roblox, copy the URL of the item and paste it in the “Description of issue” field.

Copy the URL of the item by navigating to it on Roblox.

While writing to Roblox in “Description of issue” field, you need to tell them that you have accidentally purchased the item and you need a refund.

After filling the form, submit it to them.

After doing so, you need to wait at least 24 hours to get a response from Roblox.

You will get a response from Roblox through the email address that you have given.

If you are under 13 years of age, you can give them email address of your parent instead.

The Roblox support team will take back the item that you have bought and refund your Robux.

Here’s how to refund items on Roblox:

Step 1: Go to the Roblox support form

Firstly, you need to visit the Roblox support form.

The Roblox support form enables you to contact Roblox directly.

You have to provide your contact information in the form.

After doing so, the next step is to explain the problem you are facing in order to submit it.

You can also click on this link to go to the Roblox support form directly: https://www.roblox.com/support.

On the other hand, you can use Google search engine and use the terms “Roblox support” and click on the search result that shows, “Contact Us – Roblox Support”.

Click on the “Support form” link on the “Contact Us – Roblox Support” page in order to reach the Roblox support form.

Step 2: Enter your contact information

After reaching the Roblox support form, you will come across “Contact Information” header.

You need to give your contact details to get started.

This way you will get a response from Roblox.

First of all, enter your first name in the “First Name” section.

After doing so, enter your email address that is linked to your Roblox account in the “Email Address” section.

If you are under 13 years of age, you can give email address to one of your parents.

The next step is to confirm your email address by entering it in the “Confirm Email Address” section.

In the end, in the “Username” section/field, enter your Roblox username.

Step 3: Copy the URL of item

After putting your contact details, you need to copy the item’s URL that you’ve purchased.

The process is necessary to tell Roblox about the item you want to refund.

First of all, visit the Roblox website and log in to your Roblox account.

After logging into your account, the next step is to open your inventory.

There are many options available on the left sidebar such as

“Home”, “Profile”, “Messages”, and so on.

To open your inventory, click on “Inventory”.

Now, click on the item you want to refund in your inventory.

After clicking on the item, you need to copy the link/URL of the item.

Highlight the URL field of the item to copy it and right click on it and click on “Copy”.

Step 4: Describe your issue & submit the form

After copying the link of the item, you need to give it in the support form.

To do that, you need to scroll down the support form unless you find the header of “Issue Details”.

In the header of “Issue Details”, you need to choose the device that is causing the problem.

If you have downloaded Roblox on PC and using it on PC, then select “PC”.

The next thing is to choose the category and the sub-category of the problem.

Choose “Robux” for the category and choose “Website Item” as sub-category.

The last thing you need to do is to describe your issue you are having.

Since you are demanding a refund for an item, you need to give the link/URL and why do you want a refund.

First of all, you will explain that you have accidentally purchased the item and that is why you want a refund.

Do not forget to provide the URL of the item in the description.

Here’s an example of a description that you can use, “Hi Roblox, I accidentally purchased this item, “insert the URL of the item here”, and I want a refund for it”.

After completing the form, you need to click on “Submit” to submit it.

The next thing you need to do is to wait for Roblox to respond.

It will take 24 hours to get a response from Roblox through email.

If you do not have an email and you provided your parent’s email then you need to ask your parents to check email for response.
