How to Change Voice Language in Tower of Fantasy

Tower of Fantasy is a new MMO open-world game by Hotta Studio and Perfect World.

The initial launch of the game was in China in their own language (Chinese).

However, the game was released globally on August 10, 2022.

By default, the voiceover language of the game is English.

However, you can change it to another language such as Japanese.

In this post, I will tell you how to change the voice language in Tower of Fantasy on PC and mobile (iOS or Android).

How to change voice language in Tower of Fantasy

1. Firstly, open Tower of Fantasy and log in to your account.
2. On the top right, tap on the menu icon.
3. Select “Settings” to open your settings.
4. Select “Language” on the left sidebar.
5. Now, tap on the “Game voiceover language” dropdown box.
6. Select the voiceover language that you want to switch to.

Currently, Tower of Fantasy is only supporting 2 voiceover languages.

The languages are English and Japanese (日本).

Apparently, I have observed that if you are not from China, you cannot choose the Chinese voiceover language.

You might see more languages in the game in the future.

Why can’t I change the voice language in Tower of Fantasy?

If you’re playing Tower of Fantasy on your computer/PC and you don’t see the feature to change the voice language, you have to change your Windows language and region.

If there is no button to change voiceover language, you need to switch your Windows language and region.

It can be done by searching for “Region Settings” using Windows Search > Language & Region > Windows display language.

Switch the Windows display language to your preferred language.

In the end, scroll down to “Region” and change your country.

On the other hand, you can delete the “MyCultureName.ini” file from “TowerOfFantasy/Hotta/content/PatchPaks”.
