For iOS users:

1. Go to the Settings app.
2. Phone > Blocked Contacts > Edit.
3. Tap on the “-” icon on all numbers.
4. Try to send the Bondee SMS/verification code again to get it.

Solution 2: Clear Bondee’s cache

For Android users:

1. Go to the Settings app.
2. Apps > See All Apps > Bondee.
3. Storage & cache > Clear storage > Clear cache > Force stop.

For iOS users:

1. Tap and hold the Bondee app.
2. Choose “Remove App”.
3. Reinstall Bondee from the App Store.

Solution 3: Wait for a few minutes to hours

1. The Bondee app is getting a high number of verification code requests because there are a lot of users who are trying to create an account.
2. If the servers are overloaded with too many requests, the app’s servers might not be able to process all the requests.
3. If you’ve already requested a verification code, the best bet is to wait for a few minutes to hours so you can get the code.

Solution 4: Update Bondee

1. Go to the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Search for “Bondee” to see the app.
3. Select “Update” if there is an option of update.
