You can access the port by crossing the bridge to it.

Hethlu can be located standing on a platform on the port.

Ravager Assaulter Elites can also be located standing around the port.

Hethlu is very hard to defeat due to its high HP and armor.

After defeating it, you’ll receive the “Hethlu” achievement.

It drops items including the Heart of Lightning and Magcore.
