Or any person who has created a fake account on Facebook.

You can report that account on Facebook.

The team of Facebook will go through the post and profile of the person and review it.

If the reported person violated one or more than one community standard of Facebook, the team will take action against the person.

They will also delete the posts when they will take action against them.

In some cases, the report will also cause the permanent suspension of the account of that person.

How to Report a Facebook Account

To report a Facebook account, you need to visit the profile of the person that you want to report & tap on the three dots.

Now the next step is to tap on “Find support or report profile”, choose an issue, you and report that profile on FB.

There are multiple options available to choose from.

It has “Intellectual property”, “Hate speech”, “Harassment”, and so on.

Your task is to select the appropriate category in order to report that person.

For instance, if the person is posting hate speech you can select the “Hate speech” problem.

After reporting that person, if it is successful, the post of that person will be taken down and they may suspend their account as well.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to report a Facebook account.

Step 1. Open Facebook and tap on the search icon

To get started, first of all, you need to open the app of Facebook and you must be login.

The desktop version of Facebook can also be used for this purpose.

In this post, we are going to use the app instead of the desktop version.

Go to the Facebook app and search for the person that you are going to report.

Tap on the search icon available on the top bar to search the user.

Step 2. Search for the user that you want to report

You can skip this step if you are already on the profile of that person.

The search icon available on the app will allow you to search that person.

The search feature will enable you to search for people, posts and groups.

Now, you have to search for the name of the person that you are going to report.

For instance, if the name of the person is “ABC” search for “ABC”.

Now, scroll down the search results in order to find the person you want to report and tap on it.

Step 3. Tap on the three dots

Go to the profile of the person that you are finding to report.

You can reach the profile of that person by tapping on the picture.

You will come across three dots when you open the profile of the person.

To explore more options, you need to tap on three dots on the profile.

Step 4. Tap on “Find support or report profile”

When you tap on the three dots on the profile of that person, it will open the “Manage” page.

There are three options on the page that you can select from.

It has “Block”, “Find support or report profile” and “Search profile”.

In order to report the account, you need to tap on “Find support for report profile”.

Step 5. Select a problem

The next step is to select the problem after tapping on “Find support for report profile”.

It will show you a list of problems that you can select from.

It has “Harassment”, “Intellectual property” and “Hate speech” and so on.

To report the person, you need to select the problem.

For instance, if the person is posting hate content, you need to choose “Hate speech”.

Alternatively, if the person is impersonating anyone else, you can choose “Pretending to be something”.

Step 6. Tap on “Report profile”

It may need more information when you select a problem.

However, the problems like “Hate speech” will not need additional information.

It will take you to “You selected” page instead.

There are three options there to choose from.

It has “Hide all”, “Block” and “Report profile” options.

The “Block” option will block the person and the person will not be able to see or contact you on Facebook.

The “Hide all” option will be a handful to hide the post of the person.

In the end, the “Report profile” option enables you to ask the Facebook team to review it.

Your task is to report the account, tap on “Report profile”.

Step 7. Tap on “Submit”

When you tap on “Report profile” option, FB will ask if the person is violating the community standards.

You can go through the community standards of Facebook at this URL: https://transparency.fb.com/en-gb/policies/community-standards/

If the person is violating those community standards, you can report them.

To report the person on FB, you need to tap on “Submit”.

After reporting the person, you need to be patient until Facebook reviews the account.

It will give you notifications about the report if you have enabled “Receive notifications about this report” option.

Facebook will take strict action against them as they have violated one or more of the community standards.

The process will result in the deletion of the post as well as the suspension of the account.

This is how to report a Facebook account or profile.

What will happen if you report a Facebook account?

If you report an account on Facebook, the team of FB reviews it.

If the account has published any violated content, they will take strict action against them.

The process includes the deactivation of their account or removal of the post of that person.

The name and personal information of your account will remain confidential.

How many reports are needed to delete a Facebook account?

Facebook does not delete an account keeping in view the number of reports.

The suspension of a Facebook account depends on the severity of the violation.

For instance, if a person is committing a mild violation, the team will not delete the account.

They will give them a warning not to repeat it instead.

I highly suggest that you should not report someone if they have not violated the community standards of Facebook.

However, if they have violated any of the community standards it is highly recommended that you report it on FB.

To delete a group chat in Messenger, your task is to remove everyone in the group first.

After removing everyone on the group, leave the group.

As a result, the messenger group will be permanently deleted.

On Facebook Messenger, you can find an option to remove group members.

Do not leave the group without removing everyone in the group, otherwise, existing members will still be able to chat.

Additionally, another group member will be assigned as the administrator role or admin.

Therefore, if you want to delete a group chat, you need to delete everyone in the group first.

Here’s a step by step guide on how to delete a group chat on Messenger:

Step 1. Tap on the top bar of the group

First of all, your task is to open the Facebook Messenger mobile app and log in to your account.

The desktop version of Facebook Messenger can also be used for this purpose.

I am using the mobile app for the sake of this guide.

After opening the Messenger, you need to go to the group that you want to delete.

Now, tap on the top bar of the group.

There is one more thing that you need to know that you can only delete a group if you’re an admin.

Step 2. Tap on “See group members”

After tapping on the top bar of the group, it will take you to the group settings.

Now, there are multiple categories there such as “Customization”, “Chat info”, “More actions”, and more.

The “See group members” option will be available under “Chat info”.

Before you remove the group, you need to delete everyone from the group first.

Otherwise, the people in the list can still chat in it.

Tap on “See group members” to start removing the members.

Step 3. Remove everyone from the group

After tapping on “See group members”, it will take you to the “Members” page.

After reaching the page, you’ll be able to see a list of members of the group.

Now, it is time to remove them from the group.

You can skip this step if there are no other members in the group.

To remove members, tap on a member and select “Remove From Group”.

Unfortunately, you cannot remove everyone in the group at once because there is no such option.

Therefore, you need to manually remove group members one by one.

Step 4. Leave the group

After removing everyone from the group, the only one left on the list is you.

So, you need to tap on yourself.

After tapping on yourself, you will see a couple of options.

The options are “View Facebook Profile” and “Leave Group”.

To leave the group, you need to tap on “Leave Group”.

You need to ensure that there are no members left in the group before you leave the group.

Otherwise, when you will leave them in the group, they can still chat there.

Step 5. Tap on “Leave”

After tapping on “Leave”, you will see a pop-up message.

The pop-up message will say that you can choose a new admin.

The full pop up message is: “You can choose a new admin from the people listed under Members”.

Followed by, “If you leave the group without choosing a new admin, the most senior group member will become the admin”.

Since there are no group members in your group, you don’t have to set a new admin.

Tap on “Leave” to get rid of the group.

After tapping on “Leave”, the group will be permanently deleted and it will also disappear from your chat list!

Final Words

You do not get an option to delete all group members on messenger at once, so you have to remove each group member manually.

When you remove members in a group, they will lose access to the group and they cannot chat in it.

However, they can still see the group in their chat list.

Additionally, the previous messages in the group are also accessible to them.

The only option they are left with is to delete the group from their chat list.

The process can be done by going to the group in their chat list, swipe left on it, tapping on “More”, and tapping on “Delete”.

This way, the FB messenger group will be permanently deleted.

To create a group chat on FB Messenger, you need to tap on the edit icon next to “Create a new group”.

After tapping on the “Create a new group”, the next task is to add members to the group.

In the end, tap on “Create” to create a group & start talking!

Whenever you add someone on a group chat, they do not know about it because they will not be notified.

They will be notified about the group once you have sent them a message.

Therefore, you need to ensure that you send a message to the group chat after creating it.

Otherwise, the group will not be created and you’ll have to add all of the members again.

Here’s a step by step guide on how to create a group chat on Messenger:

Step 1. Tap on the edit icon

First of all, go to the FB Messenger mobile app.

To do this, you can also use the desktop app of Facebook Messenger.

I have used the messenger mobile app for the sake of this guide.

After opening the app, you need to log in to the account in which you want to create the group chat.

After logging in, tap on the edit icon available on the top bar of the app.

Step 2. Tap on “Create a new group”

After tapping on the edit icon, you will be on the “New message” page.

The page will display a list of suggestions of FB friends.

Now, you’ll be able to create a new group as well as send a message.

Simply tap on the user that you want to text in order to send a message.

Since you want to create a group chat, you have to tap on “Create a new group”.

Step 3. Adding members to your group and create it

After tapping on “Create a new group, it will take you on the “New group” page.

The page has a list of suggested Facebook friends that you can add to your new group.

Then, you have to choose the users that you want to add to your group.

You can select them by scrolling down the list of suggested friends and choose the ones that are suitable for it.

On the other hand, you can also use the search bar to search for the users that you want to add and select them.

You can also name your group by entering it into the “Group name (optional)” field.

If you don’t choose a group name, the name of the group will be automatically set from the names of the users available in group.

For instance, if the group has two users, their names will be automatically set as the group name (e.g., abc, xyz).

After selecting the users that you want to add to your FB Messenger group, tap on “Create” on the top bar.

Step 4. Start Messaging

After tapping on “Create”, the FB friends that you’ve previously selected will be added to the group.

However, the group isn’t fully functional yet.

The group is not working because you haven’t sent a message yet.

The group will not be created if you don’t send a message.

If you will leave the group without sending a message, you need to create the group once again.

Additionally, this repeated process will also make you add all of the users once more.

Therefore, it is necessary to send a message to the group before you exit the application.

You need to make sure that you use the chat bar, type a message, and send it to the group chat.

After sending the message to the group chat, the users will be notified that you’ve added to the group (if their Messenger notifications are turned on).

They’ll be notified and will be able to see the group on their chat list.

Final Words

Creating a FB group chat on Messenger on iPhone/Android is simple as you just have to choose the members that you want to add.

Facebook allows you to add almost anyone to a Messenger group chat.

To add the members on a group chat on messenger, you don’t have to be friends with them on Facebook.

Use the search bar to search for the user’s name and you can add them.

You can choose from multiple themes.

The themes are “Lofi”, “Sky”, “Lunar New Year”, and so on.

In this post, I will tell how to change your theme or background on Messenger on Android or iPhone.

How to change your background on Messenger

Step 1. Select a chat

First of all, you need to open the Messenger app on your android device/phone.

After opening the app, you need to log in to Your Facebook account if you are not login yet.

After doing so, the next thing is to select the chat that you want to change the background of.

You can choose a single chat as well as a group chat.

You need to keep in mind that you can only change the background for individual chats.

Step 2. Tap on the top navigation bar

After selecting the chat that you want to change the background of, you will crome across all the messages in the chat.

To change your background, you need to go to your chat settings.

To get started, tap on the top bar of the chat.

The top bar of the chat will have your profile picture.

If it’s a group chat, the profile pictures of other group members will be shown too.

Step 3. Tap on “Theme”

After tapping on the top bar, you will reach the settings page.

There are multiple options you will see on the settings page.

The options are “Customisation”, “Chat Info”, “More actions”, and “Privacy and support”.

There is a “Theme” option, under “Customisation”.

The “Theme” option enables you to change your Messenger background.

To begin with, you need to tap on “Theme” to change your background.

Step 4. Select a theme

After tapping on the “Theme”, it will open the theme menu.

The menu will display a list of themes that you can choose from.

The names are “Lo-Fi”, “Sky”, Lunar New Year”, and so on.

Now, you need to choose the theme that you want to move to.

For instance, if you want to change the background of your chat to “Lo-Fi”, select “Lo-Fi”.

Facebook Messenger releases new themes once in a while, so you can check back later for the latest themes.

Step 5. Tap on “Select”

After selecting the theme that you have selected, you’ll be taken to the preview page.

For instance, if you want to use “Lo-Fi”, you’ll go to the “Preview Lo-Fi” page.

It will show you a preview of them and what it looks like.

After preview, if you’re satisfied with the theme, tap on “Select” to confirm it.

Alternatively, if you’re not satisfied with the theme, you can choose another theme by tapping on “Cancel”.

To go back to the theme selection page, you need to tap on “Cancel”, it will take you where you can select another theme.

After tapping on the “Select”, it will select the theme.

Now, you are back to your chats.

You will come across a message that shows the theme change in your chat.

For instance, if you’ve moved your theme to Lo-Fi, you will see this message, “You changed the chat theme to Lo-Fi”.

You will receive a message like this whenever you change the theme.

How to find recently watched videos on Facebook

To find recently watched videos on Facebook, the first thing is to go to your activity log.

After navigating to the “Activity log” page, tap on “Videos watched”.

You will find the “Videos watched” option on the right of the carousel.

After tapping on the “Videos watched”, you’ll be able to see all of the videos that you’ve watched on Facebook.

If you want to find a video that you’ve watched a week ago, use the filter to filter the date to the previous week.

You need to tap on the filter icon next to “Date” and change the date.

Here is a step by step guide on how to find your recently watched videos on Facebook:

Step 1. Go to your Facebook settings

The first thing you need to do is to visit your Facebook settings.

First of all, open the Facebook application and log in to your account if you are not login yet.

Make sure to log in to the account that used to see the video.

Step 3. Tap on “Videos watched”

The “Activity log” page enables you to view and manage your activity on Facebook.

In addition, you can manage your posts, tags, comments, and likes too.

It also shows you your past activity such as your likes, comments, and video history.

There is a carousel of options under the “Recycle bin” option.

The options are “Story activity”, “Page likes”, “Following”, and others.

You need to slide the carousel to the left until you come across the “Videos watched” option.

To see your watch history on Facebook, tap on “Videos watched”.

Step 4. Browse your Facebook watch history

After tapping on the “Videos Watched”, you’ll reach the “Activity History” page.

On the activity history page, you’ll see a list of videos that you’ve recently watched on Facebook.

The most recent video that you’ve watched on FB will be shown at the top of the list.

To watch the video, select the video that you want to watch.

The list also displays the exact date that you’ve watched every video.

Filter the date in order to see videos months or years ago.

To begin with, tap on the filter icon then tap on “Date”.

Now, choose the “Start date” and “End date” and tap on “Done”.
